While on your way to work listen to a positive and uplifting podcast channel. This will get your mind wondering and thinking positive thoughts before reaching work.
2. Check Emails
As you are getting ready check emails to get a head start on the day. This will cut down on the Monday morning chaos once you arrive to work.
3. Spread Kindness
No matter how your morning is going, vow to be kind when you arrive at work. After you practice this for a few mornings in a row, you will notice the positive effect it has on your coworkers.
4. Practice Gratitude
Start your morning off on the right foot with a devotional or think of five things you are thankful for. This will help create a positive mindset for the day.
5. Be Cheerful
No matter what the weather is doing or if you have a stressful day ahead, be determined that you are going to have a great day.
6. Develop a Plan
Before your day starts, come up with a plan. Plan what you would like to accomplish for the day along with how you are going to make it happen. This will increase productivity in your everyday life.

Getting endorphins pumping first thing in the morning isn’t only beneficial for the body, it’s also beneficial to the mind.

Before having your first cup of coffee get in the habit of performing some light yoga or even just stretching a bit. This will help relax your body and loosen muscles.
